She was also very helpful with keeping my 5 year old entertained as I filled out the necessary paperwork needed. I've had a place here for a year now. Corey and Jen are very nice people and you don't feel like your just another number. All 4 seasons the place is always easy to drive in, it's clean, safe, there's cameras and it's super close to CDA, HAYDEN & POST FALLS. Def recommend.
This review is a little late because I’m no longer in need of storage units. However, I have rented a few different units at Poleline Storage over the past 3 years. Ty was the manager then and he was so helpful and friendly! Ty no longer works there, and I wish him the best in whatever he is doing now. I don’t know who took over the position so my 5 star rating is based on my experience of the facility itself.There are many sizes to choose from to fit your needs. The Units are easily accessible and there is plenty of room to maneuver trucks and trailers. In the winter the snow was always cleared to allow easy access.I always felt my things were safe and secure there. I have recommended them to many and will continue to do so.
This storage facility is is perfect for all your indoor storing needs. They offer many different sizes all at a very reasonable price. The Manager, Cory, is nice and easy to work with when renting one out or talking to on any other day, and even offers fresh hot coffee, tea and water to his customers. 24/7 security cameras that can be monitored from anywhere even if no one is in the office that day. Gate hours are nice going from 6 am to 10 pm and there is always someone there from Monday to Saturday. They also go out in the winter and plow all of the rows and in front of the units so there is no hassle trying to get to your things in the middle of winter!I would definitely recommend Poleline Self Storage and Cory to anyone who needs more storage!
Good location with nice storage units, and fair pricing for what you get. Passages are large enough for full size vans or box trucks.Ty is really good about answering the phones and taking payments, even if he isn't physically at the office. I've never had an issue with the service or the units here, and I used the facility for about three years.
Ty is a laid back guy that was very helpful with getting us in after hours. The price is great and the location is convenient. It is a little tight if you're considering driving a 26 foot box truck, it is doable, but be careful.
Ty is an amazing person to work with. My fiance and I have rented through his location twice and we wouldn't go to anywhere else. Very friendly everytime we call or go in. Very clean office and units. Very competitive pricing as well, we actually found that his pricing was slightly cheaper compared to other units. But definitely worth what you pay for.
